ENY/NATS Musical Theater Competition – September 21, 2019

Congratulations to the participants and winners of our first annual Musical Theatre Competition, hosted at The College of Saint Rose on Saturday, September 21st!

Winners are invited to sing in our honors recital Sunday, February 23, 2020  at First Reformed Church in Schenectady.

We are also very pleased to begin a partnership with the Sembrich Museum.¬†Congratulations to our first Sembrich Emerging Artists, listed above, who will have the opportunity to participate in their Young Performer’s Showcase this June.

This year’s First Impressions seminar will take place January 10th, 2020.¬† This workshop is geared toward high school students preparing for college auditions, and is a way to hone the non-singing aspects of their audition technique.

ENY/NATS Annual Art Song Festival – November 1-3, 2019

The ENY/NATS Annual Art Song Festival, open to high school, college, and adult-non professional singers, is scheduled for November 1-3. Applications will go live Saturday, August 3, 2019. Visit our Media page for more pictures from previous Art Song Festivals.

We invite you to join our chapter! Please contact us for information. Our chapter meets bi-annually in mid-September and in mid-February. Our Annual Fall Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 23 at 7:00pm at the home of Corine Salon 1151 Lowell Road, Schenectady, NY.
